After confirmation of the order from our customer support team, products are couriered within 3-5 business working days. Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery, and customers will be kept updated throughout the process.
Information regarding the Airway Bill number will be communicated to the buyer after the products are dispatched. This allows customers to track their orders in real-time through the shipping partner’s platform.
We have partnered with SHIPROCKET for shipping our products. SHIPROCKET is a reliable logistics provider ensuring secure and efficient delivery. For more details regarding shipping timelines and policies, please refer to SHIPROCKET’s official site.
Delivery charges are fixed at ₹50 for prepaid orders, ₹150 for expedite Shipping which Ships Next Day and ₹150 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India. International shipping charges are calculated separately based on the destination and the order's weight. Customers will be informed of these charges during the checkout process.
Please note that any customs duty or import taxes applicable in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our pricing.
Our operational days are Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and orders placed during weekends will be processed on the next business day.
